Sunday, August 4th from 1-5pm at Rosedale Farms and Vineyards, we'll host a traditional Oyster Festival featuring Chef Steve Michalewicz of Max Catering and Events, the Connecticut Restaurant Association's 2016 winner for Best Caterer, as well as the teams from Max's Oyster Bar and Max Fish. Enjoy live music by Soul Tsunami and slurp some oysters.
The cost for adults is $59 (all-inclusive except for Eventbrite fee) and includes raw bar featuring multiple varieties of oysters from East and West Coasts, Cherrystone and Littleneck Clams, Baltimore Shrimp plus a variety of oyster specialties including fried oyster po’ boys, grilled oysters, oyster stew, grilled oysters, Savoy’s clam pizza and other specialties by Chef's Hunter Morton (Max's Oyster Bar and Nick Stinziani (Max Fish).
Kids (12 and under) are free! Kids ticket includes Savoy Road Show pizza and lemonade.
Cash bar (or credit card) will be available, includes: local craft beers, specialty cocktails, oyster shooters and Rosedale Wines.
