A Very Special Beer & Food Pairing Dinner

Local beer is one of those things in Connecticut that we celebrate as much as our local farmers. The abundance of great beer here is almost unmatched anywhere, and we are heading to one of the best for this dinner. This collaboration will bring Chef Hunter Morton together with selections from one of Connecticut's most popular craft brewers.

As an extension of our Chef to Farm Dinner series, we are pleased to collaborate with New Park Brewing Co., who will be brewing a couple of beers just for this dinner. If you are a CT Craft beer fan - you don’t want to miss this event.

Tickets are $75 (all inclusive except for Eventbrite fee). By purchasing this ticket, you are also making a donation to the CT Farmland Trust.

This event will be limited to 70 seats.



Beer - Oyster Gose

Raw Bar - Copps Island Oyster- beer ice mignonette (lemongrass, shallot, ice wine vinegar, coriander, sugar, beer), tabasco caviar, pickled shrimp

Chilled Steamed Mussels- curry sauce

Angry Tuna crudo - jalapeno, orange, lemon, garlic, evoo, garlic chips, micros, served on himalayan salt block
